The Abbey Group Submits Plans for 1282 Boylston Street Project

The Abbey Group submitted plans to the BRA for the 1282 Boylston Street project in the Fenway. The development includes the creation of approximately 333,000 gross square feet of mixed-use space. The new building will contain 210 residential units, 99,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

The project will transform an existing surface parking facility that was previously home to a McDonald’s Restaurant.
