Boston Police Station in Dudley Square wins Environmental Award
The Boston Police Station in Dudley sqaure has been selected to receive the 2011 Nicholas Humber Environmental Award for Outstanding Collaboration sponsored by the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC). This award, established by resolution of the Board of Directors of the EBC, recognizes an environmentally-related collaboration which reflects the global environmental values and human spirit exemplified by Nicholas Humber. This project has been selected for this honor in recognition of outstanding collaboration during the remediation of the former Modern Electroplating Superfund Site and the development of the first LEED Certified Boston Police Station in Dudley Square.
